This Shiraz has a deep red colour. On the nose you get an intense mixture of spice, cured meats and tobacco. The palate reveals plums, glazed gammon and black pepper with a long smokey finish and a silky mouthfeel.

Aging potential is 10 years and the wine can be paired with pork neck steaks, leg of lamb or mature fillet
