Viljoensdrift Muskapino 2024

This is a seductively sweet sparkling wine, a blend of Muscadel and Pinotage, with flavours of big, ripe, red strawberries and millions of fine bubbles bristling in your mouth.

Fermentation took place at 13⁰ balling for 2 weeks. After fermentation the wine was sweetened with
Muskadel juice to 83g/l and then bottled.

Served well chilled as a welcome drink or as an accompaniment to light meal dishes.
