This red blend of Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon has subdued spiceness and ripe plum flavours that dominate.
Maloactic Fermentation took place in the the tank after which it was pumped into barrels. This wine’s maturation is 2nd fill American and French Oak for 12 months.
Can be enjoyed with a Lamb and Aubergine burger with caramelized red onion.
