Viljoensdrift Anchor Drift Dry White

This is a crisp dry white wine that can easily be enjoyed at any occasion.

A Cold fermentation took place for 2 weeks. It was kept on the lees for 2 months before it was racked and filtered for bottling.

It can be enjoyed with a rocket and walnut salad with pecorino shavings and extra virgin olive oil.

Blend: Sauvignon Blanc 80%, Colombard 20%
