Tanagra Cabernet Franc Blanc de Noir 2022

This wine shows intensive raspberry and strawberry, fruity tones on the nose. The pallet is fresh, crisp and lingers well, with a raspberry like color. A dry, full-bodied Rosé wine, which can’t deny his descent from Cabernet Franc. Rather spicy, fresh and alive which provides a strong and lasting finish that is reminiscent of gooseberry and kiwi.

A perfect match (in colour and taste) for salmon or salmon trout, smoked or cooked or Sushi.

50% Barrel fermented. 10 months barrel maturation
