The Bosman Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep red with elegant raspberry, blackberry and plum aromas.It has a beautiful round mounth with subtle tannins.

Matured for 18 months in small french oak barrels.

A lovely Bordeaux blend.

The wine was matured in older small oak barrels for 26 months.
Aromas of dark berries and black cherries on the nose. This lovely blend has a velvety finish and a well balanced mouthfeel with lingering pleasant finish.

An un-wooded wine, Limestone Hill has notes of grapefruit and nuts, with the complexity balanced by a nuanced elegance ending with a delicate ripeness. It offers pure , refreshing apple, peach and lemon fruit with a nutty, chalky, fruit filled finish.

Left on lees under controlled temperatures.

As a culinary companion, Limestone Hill is superb with oysters, cream-based pasta dishes and light curries, as well as roast pork and veal.

The Kay's Legacy is a Bordeaux blend that consist of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere. Although Kay is drinking beautifully, this wine has great aging potential and will just ease out more with bottle aging. The blend has dark stone fruits and mint aromas.

Blend: Cabernet Franc 59%, Petit Verdot 21%, Merlot 9%, Cabernet Sauvignon 8% and Carmenere 3%

Calcrete Chardonnay is only found in the limestone rich appellation between Bonnievale and Robertson. Terroir of arid, broken shale rock of ancient petrified maritime deposits. Calcrete Chardonnay defines this region with its crystalline minerality, a taste of wet stone and almost maritime sea spray, saline palate and oyster shell minerality.

Described as elegant, linear and minimalist. Bright, vibrant and limey. Luminescent light lime-green radiance. Revitalizing, cool sensation on the palate, a mouth-watering tension, steeliness, the taste of gunflint, and lime. Pure and brilliant minerality. An irresistible invitation to take another sip.

A lovely Grenache Noir with red cherry and strawberry notes plus a subtle earthy note on the nose. Light-bodied with lovely pure fruit, fresh acidity and very fine tannins. A slightly spicy quality to the finish thanks to whole-bunch fermentation.

Matured in an older 500l French Oak barrel for 12 months
