The 2024 Mullineux Iron Chenin Blanc is the richest, broadest, and most structural of the three single-terroir white wines from Mullineux. Grown on the iron-rich Koffieklip clay soils of the Rondomskrik vineyard, this wine delivers immense natural extract, giving it a powerful profile and presence reminiscent of a red wine. Expressive and upfront aromatics showing yellow orchard fruits, ripe peach, fresh orange peel, perfumed quince, and a distinctive hint of flint. A Dense, broad-shouldered, and mouth-coating Palate. A multi-layered texture padded with gentle lees is balanced by a firm, upright spine of focused acidity.
