Mimosa XO 10 Year Alambic Potstill Brandy

A 10-year-old brandy crafted without any additives or colorants. It’s distilled from Colombard and gains its color from aging in 300-liter French oak barrels.
Aromas are delicate notes of Fynbos, almonds, tobacco, with hints of moka and sweet fruits such as peach, apricot, and orange zest, complemented by a subtle woody edge and a soft, elegant finish.

On the palate, it presents a harmonious mix of flavors that are well balanced, with gentle wood hints from the oak aging.
