Mimosa 5 Year Potstill Brandy

Mimosa’s brandy is double distilled in a traditional copper pot still and is made from Colombar & Chenin Blanc grapes.

Matured for 5 years in selected French and American Oak barrels. Golden
amber, with citrus nose completed with oaky & spicy aromas, smooth buttery vanilla flavours. A hint of oak on the palate with a vanilla explosion, rum and raisons on the mid palate, with a smoky cigar after taste, ample body and sweet spice.
