The Nose includes Exotic layers of pear, ripe peach, orange blossom and wild honey, backed by hints of potpourri and a flinty, granitic mineral reduction. Followed by a Textured and flavourful profile balancing yellow stone fruits with a tangy, energetic acidity and a savoury, lightly grippy finish.
