The Shiraz Rosé is produced from 100% Shiraz grapes, this dry Rosé redeemed its brilliant red colour from the skin contact. It has full exotic cherry and raspberry aromas with a lingering creaminess on the palate. No acid adjustments were made. The juice was left on the skins for 2 hours after which it was taken of the skins and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
