The Pinot Noir Rosé is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this dry Rosé redeemed its brilliant pink colour from the short skin contact. It has full exotic cherry and raspberry aromas with a lingering creaminess on the palate. No acid adjustments were made. The juice was left on the skins for 2 hours after which it was taken of the skins and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
