‘The mineral rich water from the Buitenstekloof Waterfall is infused with millions of tiny air bubbles, cascading down the mountain to irrigate the Chardonnay vines planted in lime rich soils, thereby nurturing each bunch of grapes to perfection!
A soft first pressing yields the small quantity “Coeur de Cuvée”, first fermented in chilled tanks, then fermented in bottles, masterfully crafted in the Méthode Cap Classique tradition, and takes a minimum of 3 – 5 years to reach sensory bliss.

Each mouthful is an explosion of bubbles, complimented with subtle notes of green apple, citrus, and white rose petals to be savoured and enjoyed anywhere, anytime, all occasions, always!’
