The Shiraz went from a stainless steel tank into French oak barrels, where it matured for 12 months. You will find blackcurrant, savoury and spiciness on the nose. It is a full-bodied wine with fine tannins that is in good balance with the acidity.
It is ideal to serve with oxtail, venison and pungent cheese.
