Eerste Oesjaar Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

In the heart of Robertson, the students of Robertson High School planted and passionately tended to their own vines in 2021. In 2023, they harvested their first crop which was processed by Roodezandt Cellar.

This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a delightful blend of enticing aromas, featuring notes of black cherry, black currant and plum on the nose. On the palate, it reveals additional layers of leather and cedar, complemented by hints of dried Cape Flora, resulting in a complex and enduring finish.
