This wine has a complex dried peel, marzipan, secondary fruit characters and a waxiness on the nose. On the palate is has a slight spiciness and finishes off with brisk minerality.
To be enjoyed after release and for some 3 – 7 years thereafter.
Enjoy it with a rich fish dish or salty dishes such as parmesan crisps and tempura vegetables.
