Bon Courage Unwooded Chardonnay 2025

Only free run juice was used. This wine was matured on the yeast lees for 6 months. Showing fullness on the palate with more citrus and lime flavours finishing with a clean, lemon zest mouthfeel.

Can be enjoyed with crumbed fish, fried calamari and roast pork with applesauce.
