Bon Courage Inkara Merlot 2016

This Merlot has hints of plum aromas with soft tones of black berries. On the palate you will find a round and full mouth-feel, showing plums and sweet berries with a silky texture and velvet character.

The grapes were whole berry fermented and cold soaked.  100% Wood matured for 18 months.  A combination of 2nd and 3rd fill, French and American oak barrels for added complexity.

This Merlot pairs well with red meat, game or a springbok fillet.
