The Arendsig Chardonnay has hints of citrus, green apple and tropical tones on the nose. On the palate it has a fresh minerality with a rich, round and long lingering mouthfeel.
This wine was matured in 1 x 5000 L French oak, fourth fill, Foudrè casks and the balance in 225L old French Oak barrels for 10 months on the lees.
