A complex and vibrant white wine, pale lime green in colour with an abundance of passion fruit and ripe fig aromas to entice the nose. The palate is medium-bodied and fruity and the well-balanced acidity ensures a lingering and pleasant aftertaste.

It can be enjoyed with Seafood Paella, Barbecued Chicken and Mozzarella Cheese.
