Tanagra Shiraz 2021
R189.00
On the nose this wine is peppery and spicy. Black berries are derived with laurel, juniper and eucalyptus on the palate to an interesting interplay with subtle smoky notes, dark fruit and pepper. The finish is spicy and very long lasting.
A 14-month maturation in old oak barrels contributes with subtle wood flavors wonderfully contributes to the well-balanced overall impression.
The ultimate wine to go with lamb, preferably a slowly-cooked lamb shank or leg.
