Calcrete Chardonnay is only found in the limestone rich appellation between Bonnievale and Robertson. Terroir of arid, broken shale rock of ancient petrified maritime deposits. Calcrete Chardonnay defines this region with its crystalline minerality, a taste of wet stone and almost maritime sea spray, saline palate and oyster shell minerality.

The Marras Piekenierskloof Cinsault has notes of raspberry, pomegranate and cherries. It spent 3 months on the lees after being bottled unoaked.

Blend: Sauvignon Blanc 58%, Semillon 28% and Pinot Gris 18%

This wine shows a full-flavoured palate which during the first months of being bottle has rich granadilla and cape gooseberries. Once settled in the bottle, these flavours show more fresh herbs and fynbos with a hint of green figs.

The nose upfront shows tropical fruit with a distinctive fynbos finish. With a flinty minerality, this elegant wine is rich and vibrant with balanced natural acidity.
