Saronsberg Shiraz 2018


This Shiraz has succulent ripe fruit flavours supported by delicate floral notes and scents of violets and spice.On the palate it has clarity of fruit with integrated oak flavours, tannins and a fruity finish.

The total time on the skins varies from 11 to 24 days and left on lees for 10 months. The wine matured in 300l Allier French oak barrels (80% new and 20% second-fill) for a total of 20 months.
