The wine has a light straw colour. Complex nose of vanilla and cream caramel toffee with elegant lime notes A zesty lime entry on the palette with stone fruit. Beautiful white peach flavours embedded in creamy vanilla caramel Well balanced fruit and acid result in a long lingering finish.
Fermented in small old French oak barrels, aged on fine lees for 2 to 3 months racked from fine lees and aged for another 9 months in barrles.
