Quando Pinot Noir 2017

This wine has an alluring nose showing red cherries and forest floor notes, following though with a rich and full palate possessing a core of dark fruit with soft fruity tannins.

After destemming the grapes, the mash received 7 days’ cold maceration before fermentation to gently extract all the fruity flavors of the Pinot noir.
