Paul René MCC Brut Rosé 2018
R270.00
Made from classic bubbly varieties (75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay)
Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at 14 degrees Celsius. Secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle and the wine spent a minimum of 24 months on the lees after which it was manually riddled and degorged.
The result: a lightly salmon coloured bubbly, refreshing in style and appearance with red, fruity flavours, floral undertones and silky richness. It pairs well with seafood and white meats, and is ideal for a sundowner in summer.
