Gabriëlskloof Whole Bunch Syrah 2020


The Whole Bunch Syrah has lifted blackcurrant, cassis, olive tapenade and white pepper on the nose. The palate is characterised by whole bunch grip that develops into a persistent, savoury finish.

All the fruit was hand-picked, whole bunch (carbonic) fermented for ten days, pressed and taken off the lees and then aged in steel tanks for eight months
