The Chenin Blanc is matured for about 6 months on the lees in 225litre neutral vessels (+/- third fill oak barrels) before bottling. The Chenin has ripe fruit aromas with a hint of citrus. On the palate you will find that the Chenin is light, but complex, with well balanced acidity.
