This Riesling has a stealing character with parallel acidity, all beautifully integrated into grapefruit and a perfumed gallery of ripe fruit flavours and finish off with intense minerality. A slight hint of spice and exotic waxiness adds a further dimension to the wine.

Kept on fine lees at low temperatures.

Superb with oysters, barbecued meats, cream based pastas, light curries as well as roast pork and veal dishes.
