Cape Wine Crafters Bedrock Black Syrah 2021

The nose of the Bedrock Black Syrah expresses aromas of Cherry tabacco, dried berries, plums, leather, cigar box and black pepper. On the palate you experience flavours of cranberries, coriander, dark chocolate and bitter expresso.

The wine spent 12 months in first fill French Oak.

Enjoyed mostly with biltong, lamb shank, oxtail, chilly chocolate steak.
